I will keep on saying this until the end. NOVL's future lies with NW 4.x. ALL THEIR PRODUCTS RELY ON NW 4.X. They have nothing else to offer including IntranetWare if NW does not take off.

NOVL had better start reporting higher sales of this O/S o.w Wallstreet is going to send them to their grave faster than the eye can blink.

Should we buy in at $8 - $8 1/2? NO !! I have cancelled my order to buy additional shares between $8 - $8 1/2 after reading the Chevron case. It seems like we are not the only ones in that boat. The majority of the large corporations are doing the same.

Ladies and Gentlemen, until you know that the stock has stabalized, it is best to stay put with your current holdings. Technical rally of 20% can make you some $$$$ but the long term is looking bleak every day. The fundamentals are very poor.

NW 4.x has been around for over three years now and if they could not capture more than 20% of existing NW 3.x shops, then you have to ask when and why not?

NOVL should put itself on the block. Hopefully, there will be one or two buyers who just might offer $12 - $14/share. Anybody think Kelloggs will buy out NOVL or how about Kimberly Clark ?...then we could flush it down the you know what.

V.K

P.S Current range for options is $10 - $12. The Jan 1998 10 calls are fetching a high premium of $2 1/2 or just over 25%....not a bad return for one year.
