I would like some honest opinions?

Is Viagra going to hurt or eventually help MUSE sales?

The refill numbers from last week did not look to shabby in light of the Viagra sales. Does this mean that MUSE has a significant loyal following or that these people can't take Viagra or already tried it without success?

I spoke with Nina today and was told that they have had many calls from MUSE users who did not do well on Viagra.

It appears to me that with all this media hype, many men who have not been willing to seek treatment will go visit their doctor for Viagra unless the doctor is not requiring an exam. How many of these men will fail on Viagra and then be introduced to MUSE successfully?

Pfizer estimates that their potential customers are twice the number of actual ED cases since with age many men will desire a performance enhancer. This pool will be of no value to Vivus. Vivus needs to get the tougher ED cases to seek treatment and not the older men with younger wives. I would completely agree that if Viagra is very effective in the moderate to severe cases then MUSE sales will be hurt and Vivus stock will never see a significant recovery.

BTW why is ZONA up 10 points in a week? Am I missing something?

I have generally had the impression from the medical community that MUSE is OK but ZONA's product will never sell. Am I looking at things with too much logic and not enough emotion?
