I've been lurking only because a co-worker's father received one of those newsletters and asked if this company was on the up and up ... What I'd like to see is a report (10-K, 10-Q) posted on the SEC Edgar site. While I know that doesn't guarantee that the financials are in fact legit, most companies will think twice about sending incorrect data to the government (there's an awful lot of "unaudited" figures on the company webpage... too many for me). Why doesn't Veronex file electronically with the SEC?
