Bryan: I am a shareholder in a biotechnology company which needs funds. I have thought of trying to facilitate the company's search by linking them with a venture capital firm. The company and firm would have to negotiate any terms. I'd appreciate your comments on doing such a thing. I don't represent the company directly, and I don't have their permission to search for funds.

A comment about the nature of the company. The company has a treatment for auto-immune diseases. They have tested their procedures on rheumatoid arthritics, and several other disease groups. Arthritics who were treated two years ago remain symptom free. The company still needs funds for development work, and subsequent FDA approval.

Your comments welcome and appreciated.

Steve
