Hmm...sorry to hear that about Somerville. I guess they are selling a little faster than they can build out. No way can they replace Time-Warner. They don't want to-they just want the best customers. Re: legal issues. I believe some kind of deregulation laws got passed saying basically anyone can serve cable. I would like to understand the details better. I discussed this with RCN IR (which isn't that helpful) and they told me basically it's legal. I couldn't get much beyond that.
