I spoke with John Askew, Chairman of the Board and VP, by phone today. He thinks that in 3-6 months that they will have a joint venture deal for some property in Africa, probably Ghana, that is low cost and only about one year away from production. Both he and the CEO are mining engineers who have successfully developed gold mines, and he told me that they have interested potential JV partners who believe in them. All they have to do is lock up a good property which meets the mentioned specifications. He said (in response to my question) that they have enough capital to secure the type of concession they're looking for.
