I have not noticed any IVX antics with IDTI. That IVX "experience" was one of the best investment lessons I've ever had. I can smell a corporate rat a mile away. It saved me from major losses in BAY, having sold at $27.50 recently at a small profit, where I smelled a rather smelly rat several weeks before earnings.

I'm sure IDTI has pulled a Frost or two in the past and I'm sure they're not above the occasional frivolous release near earnings announcement, but I don't smell a rat yet.
