I'm in the market for my first daytrading execution software and The Executioner is on my list along with Cybertrader and the MBtrading package which is also Townsend Analytic based as is The Executioner. According to Oliver Velez at Pristine Daytrading Executioner is coming out with a major upgrade this month. He places Executioner on the lower end (feature wise) of the spectrum of currently available systems. Placing it upstream from the normal browser based stuff found on any online brokerage site but not as complex as say Cybertrader appears to be is appealing to me. Mr Velez also feels its simplicity is advantagious. I hope this thread picks up with the Executioner upgrade. I too would like to hear some comparative reports on the various choses out there.
