David, if they announced today that they have been issued a new patent, it is not for 20 years from today, but for 20 years from the filing dates, probably a year or two before the issue date. If it is a wall to wall, then a number of claims that are repeat of prior claims will probably be limited to coincide with the lapsing of the prior claims.
