SemiBull-- I must have made a typo,,, my avg is 12 1/4, not 11 1/4. I now understand your reasoning on a correction. I have ML and PW accounts. Both firms believe interest rates will be lower long term and short term. I do not see book cooking or he would have sold. Maybe the next offer will not be as friendly though... maybe Greenspan will keep his rose colored glasses on for a couple years--- if he is able to see at all that far down the line...
