RB: So far I have read about 5 messages tonight, and I am beginning to wonder why I am wasting my time. Its amazing how a pretty simple concept (spinning off FNET) has become so convoluded to many here. Maybe the term spinoff has some confused, but I think the correct interpretation of that has been posted here several times, but yet there are a few who still don't get it. Do we have at least a few high school graduates here?
