The Exar stock price is down, probably due to poor earnings this quarter. Late October they released the numbers - pretty much everything was down from last year. You continue to mention Kozo. I'll say this again - Kozo has no influence over the hiring decision. He and Conlisk may be friends, but Kozo was not part of the hiring committee. Please remember that Kozo is not on the board at all. George Wells will remain on the board, and that might mean slow change.
