Who will buy Novl and When?? --- That is the investment question. It sure doesn't look like Novl CAN make it on its own. Obviously the management would be against a buyout, but the sotckholders are ready. Note the conflict!!!! It is my impression that the reason this thread has noticed such poor management, is because they are smarter than the shareholders and already know of the conflict and are managing to keep from getting bought out (at least in the past). Now, I don't see this (or any) trend. Time will show it. I do not see any intrinsic value to be bot, either. Any ideas here?
