Hi Melviticus. Seen your post on FAMH on many occasions (you've now sold-out FAMH?). Interesting opportunity here. Spoke with my legal dept' today re this issue and there looking at it. Most interesting feedback however was that Cybersource, one of the players to watch in ecommerce, have 'settled' with E-Data! At that point I bought in to GIFT. Certainly an all or nothing option but for sure people are taking it seriously. Of course one might argue that its just prudent to settle at this early stage because the cost of getting it wrong later would be so much more.
