Okay, my broker seems pretty sure that leaving the shares as they are is as safe (from shorts) as me holding them. If that's the case, they shouldn't have any problem with me calling and demanding the certs tomorrow, which I will do with certainty: after all, what's the dif? I'd really like to see TGSK follow through with the balance of the buy-back and maybe go a little further than that, but not much; to me, since we are talking about running and expanding a business here, I'd definitely want the company to have the cash resources to do just that. Sound about right to you, "twinkie"?? I'm not waiting for a court decision on a gold mine, so I'm just going to go ahead and buy more of this thing in the morning, fill a folder with TGSK certificates and stash it away. I do wish you much luck with KRY though, bro.
