That really demonstrates just how much in disarray IOM is in.
This means that long-term changes will not be instituted until the next year. Why would it take a year to find a new CEO during such a critical stage in the company's history? If current management is going to be making drastic changes, would not the new CEO need to be on board? IF the new CEO is going to make drastic changes, would it not be a good idea to get her on board as soon as possible?
