I have all the relevant documents on hand.
Obviously I am close to the source in SA.
I would like to reiterate that this information is easily accessible to those who are interested enough to confirm my posting.
With reference to S.E. Baker response # 930:
I find it somewhat surprising that his comments and interpretation of Section 17 can be so easily misinterpreted by someone who is supposed to have background knowledge in these matters.
These same old replies are constantly rehashed and are not worthy of comment,especially in light of Section 24 already being posted on this thread.
The statute of limitations which is referred to is interesting but could you please enlighten me as to which country this applies to.
The replies from Goalie and company are always based on emotion without any factual background i.e. SUF and its moral high road,went thru all legal requirements etc..
This is never backed up as to what process was actually followed.
It is self evident that they have not properly read the contents of my posting.
Would they prefer me to explain it to them again to clarify the matter?
Why has SUF not replied to replied to my posting if they are fully aware of the contents thereof?
Could it be that they have to deal thru third parties so as not to commit themselves to print?
The market has reacted accordingly.
I have specified facts and I stand by all of them.
I am not of the female gender or a lawyer-this is a fact.
Does Goalie have a problem dealing with women,especially the way his wife used to "shout" at him.
