Micheal...please quit trying to read more into the post than is there. the person wanted to know about kozo and xetel and you jumped to conclusions.... how can I not bring up kozo when the person is asking about xetel??? conlinsk had allot to do with hire didn't he??? this is the point of the response... Please read the question . It was directed toward the xetel chop chop... not the exar. Everytime I mention Kozo you go bananas..do you have prob with kozo. Have you really worked with conlinsk and if so how many detailed meetings have you been in with conlinsk... And , have you ever been in a screaming match with him.. I have. Or do you just see him in the hall going to bathroom.??? Conlinsk is an avg COB..I wouldn't call him the futuristic visionary needed to guide exar through a minefield that is ahead. Don't know about the new president of exar and didn't draw any conclusions other than conlisnk did above avg in helping to select at xetel. Would appreciate answers?? thanks.
