Two extremely high potential stocks are still Igen and Sepracor, IMO.

With SEPR, the writing seems to be on the wall. It's a matter of time before others realize the immensity of what's going on here. This is an easy to understand company for a biotech, and they are doing a good job of carrying out a strategy of bringing many improved forms of giant drugs to market.

With Igen, they seem to be entering another giant market successfully again, or rather expanding on it. They may have the top technology for screening compounds. It is in demand, and it looks like Agouron and Pfizer are paying for the previlege of using the alpha units in their research (high thruput). Also has major advantages when used in other areas of the drug development process. It is supposed to give a good and reliable result with only 100 targets, so it results in major saving when expensive reagents/targets/compounds are used.
Also rumored is close of first POC deal with Hewlett packard, the leader in hospital monitering equipment, the best. HP is already out front in other areas of POC, this Igen deal, if true, will add to the capabilities with no overlap.

I think these 2 are still really big despite the recent runups. If there is some money to be raised soon, I would suggest more SEPR and starting Igen. To be blunt, they may well be just at the beginning.
