Hello! Matt,

In efforts to reduce your curiosity, the reason that I have reduced my number of postings ( the long winded version) on this thread, is that as I mentioned several postings ago that I hope I have learned a valuable lesson. Namely keep more of my opinions to myself! I am not doing this for any other reason then I personally feel it is the correct thing to do for me!--Think about it! What could I possibly say , in my opinion, that is going to add any new dimension or positive turning point for the already disattisfied ( and in some cases )--very upset and angry CVIA investors or former shareholders?

Now that I look back on this entire CVIA scenario--I can see that I went into it as a trusting ( and somewhat naieve investor)--basically I was putting all my trust in Jack to bring some significant value into CVIA ( or at least give it his best try!)....

From the impression that many of the CVIA Thread participants are giving, that it appears that although jack was involved in the decision,
the unknown names/ representatives from the WOTD side were the components that we didn't follow up closely enough with!

And until I personally I see all the details it will be difficult to see how the pattern of events developed.

I attempted again today to convey my thoughts, views and some specific proposals and next steps to CVIA ---which in my opinion at least would leave the door open, for things to cool down a bit, and possibly improve the current feeling of some of the CVIA Followers!

I want everyone to understand this , that I have mentioned several times before on this thread, that over the past several months I have clearly suggested to Jack as one CVIA Shareholder that if any share consolidation would be required, that I had hoped it would not happen until the merger would get settled in , the market dynamics of the positive details of any acquisitions had a chance to get accepted ( hopefully in a positive light)---an observed value being added to CVIA, hopefully the price share advancing to some reasonable profit levels to demonstrate support to the CVIA Shareholders that had stuck it out during the challenging times!

Jack already knows that's precisely how I felt, and I'm sure still does!

For what ever reason, unbenounced to me, apparently a different route / direction appears to be developing!

As I have already indicated on several occasions, I feel this thread is fortunate to have the likes of KAA, GJC, and Novice Bob, Milk, DLee, and several others that have varied experience levels that appear to be uniting on behalf of the CVIA Shareholders!

I applaud this effort! Personally, I have not considered legal follow up , first because it appears that there are several already on a fast track of doing so ( on behalf of the CVIA Shareholders) and secondly
even though to some it may appear to be false hope or procrastinating----but I want to see what the actual final / published details are of this whole scenario before I consider my next steps!

I also feel that the WOTD representatives have done themselves and the CVIA Shareholders a great dis-service by hiding behind Jack!
( Yes! I said hiding behind Jack!)----I have just about had enough of hearing Jack taking all this verbal abuse because the WOTD characters haven't got the pizazz!!!! to step forward and be counted!

The longer they delay coming into the limelight , the worse it looks and in my opinion the more suspicious it becomes!

If all the business acquisitions that are apparently lined up and ready to go, and allthe other Blah! Blah! --then let's get on with it!
Take a step forward and be counted, and let's see what we the shareholders have to work with!

Letting Jack take all the flack on this is pure rubbish! I'm even getting less then positive e-mails, and I was a shareholder stating in the .052 cent range!--So! I don't need this garbage either!

My intentions have always been honourable, and I also think Jack has been put between a rock and a hard place!

I have in my opinion tried to be polite, kind, courteous, respectful of all parties ( including the WOTD representation--whoever they are?)...

But! I must say I have just about reached my tollerance level!

So! Let me say this ( in my opinion!)---I am expecting ( Yes! Expecting!) to see some very definite positive steps taken / demonstrated to the CVIA Shareholders by close of business this Friday April 24th., 1998...by the CVIA / WOTD Management!

That means exactly what it appears to sound like! We want to hear some good news developments/ steps that will be a clear indicator and easily and simply understood ( even by me!)--that the CVIA Shareholders have not been held accountable and hostage by a group that has zero respect or concern for it's shareholders ( that have supported the CVIA Shell with blinding loyalty!)--almost to a fault!

Jack, I strongly suggest that you use any/all influence that you have remaining in getting our concerns across! Quite simply we have been shafted ( our investment now appears to be manipulated to a very low value----and quite frankly it does not appear to be looking very ethical,
at least from where I stand, based on all the solid support that many CVIA Shareholders have given over the past 6+ months!)

Quite simply, so far this appears to have been a bad investment decision, and is now starting to embarrass me, as quite frankly, I don't get it, how this is good for the investors that supported the shell up to now!

Let's get on with it! WOTD representatives, your are starting to look bad, quit hiding behind some difficult announcements that jack has been making on your behalf! As I have said my own personal time frame / tolerance point is close of business this Friday April 24th, 1998.....-----In a jesture of good faith and fair play let's not leave it to the last minute on Friday to recipricate!

Jack knows what needs to be done! The WOTD Representatives need to sit down , give him the floor and respect that he has earned and deserves! I personally have been backing / supporting Jack Arnold---the WOTD Representatives to me a just a myth thus far!

Based on my history of tolerance and patience on this thread, and discussions with CVIA Representatives, my bet is that you would be hard pressed to get a more loyal , and patient group of shareholders!

I am now officially on record as ticked right off! I've had it! Finitto!

From a personal standpoint , what KAA and others are contemplating
will look like twinkle toes compared to what is going through my mind right now! ---Please! Do not push me to my limit! Jack! Please talk some sense into these guys!---Because if we end up getting zoomed on this deal, I would guess that there will be no survivors!

A 300 to 1 share roll back is now ridiculous! Why ! Very simple! Too much time has passed with out any feedback !--If some tolerance and patience had been shown by WOTD the same way the CVIA Shareholders has supported the program, the stock could have grown to much higher levels and a roll back of 10 or 20 to 1 would have been easily achieveable, with all the other good things going in!

I now officially smell a rat! My support is still 100% behind you Jack!
But! Myself and others have way too much invested, to let this go one any longer!

In my opinion, one way or another we will see news by close of business Friday! ( Just my own opinion!)

Sorry for another long winded version!

Best of Luck to everyone!

Best Regards!

Wayne J.
