micheal..this is what i hinted at with his selection.(hands on president) conlinsk is an old timer who would have never made it but he did business with the gov't and got rich off our tax dollars and gov't waste and lack of systems... he's a dinasour... I almost wanted to strangle the guy when he bragged about how well he did on gov't contracts becasue he was cheating me on taxes I paid.. anybody can unwit the gov't system when he was doing it.
