**TO ALL**

Fantastic Q1 report. THQI blew past my estimates. The only estimate I posted that was even close was my assumption based on the PC Data information.

I was most impressed with the 58% gross margins. That's way above the 1998 goal for THQ. Based on my revised estimates for Q1 (after normalizing my figures to the actual results), here's my guess on the actual number of units shipped (in thousands):

Broken Sword: 40
Ray Tracers: 30
WCW Nitro: 550
WCW vs. World: 75
WCW vs. NWO: 370
Pax: 3
SNES: 60
GB: 100

There were some other small shipments/reorders for earlier titles, but the above list is my best guess as to the major contributors.

I've revised my 1998 estimates and my price target. These numbers are preliminary, and I may adjust them after the CC.

My new 1998 estimate is $3.15, up from $2.29.
My year-end target is $70, up from $50.
We should see a nice gap tomorrow morning, and I expect to see $45 fairly soon.

I'll listen to the CC, and I'll post notes, as always.
Congrats to all those who had the foresight and wisdom to load up on more THQI recently.

Todd

p.s. I think that Quest 64 will blow BASS out of the water in sales.

Also, I looked at BARR briefly, and it looks pretty good.
