Doug, CPFC..champion financial.. seems that they got a floorless convertible debenture outstanding (with no fixed conversion price). This induces arbitrage by holders of those debentures to short the stock. And they always can deliver - because they hold those debenture. I didn't check yet whether this was resolved or not. If not it's definitely not good for the stock price.. (happened to CTYS, EXSO etc..) best wishes CROSSY
