What we want to know is what sectors will beat the S&P-500 index.

I like the idea because of high volumes, (gut feeling) low volatility, reads relatively high (if possible) predictability.The more you let the market average the signals (weed out the unpredictable / uninteresting) the less work you have to do.
PLUS, being leetle, TINY fish helps in this fishtank.
