Jock, An interim CEO can make the necessary changes. The fellow they have now Mr. Sierk (a board member and a quality control expert formerly with Allied Signal)is quite aware of the mistakes that were made and is in a good position to correct them and to take the co forward to becoming a 10 B $ co. It takes time to find a new CEO and why rush the process? I'm sure they are dealing with head hunters as well as the WSJ ad. Suitable candidates in the tech industry are also aware that IOM is head hunting and it takes time to interview and negotiate deals. I want them to take as much time as they need and find the appropriate candidate as this is a critical time for the co. (turn around) SR
