Hope you don't mind if I step in here. If any fund managers are waiting to buy SYNT, I would guess that (unless they know something we don't) they would look for a dip after earnings are released. It's happened for the last two releases: quick, short runup followed by a decline (of varying lengths) before moving up. Usual MM practice.
As we are probably due for a good report, it MAY happen again.

Concerning today's action: what price do you think the company wants the stock to split at? I'll go way out on a limb here and make a guess at very close to the present level. Somewhere in the lower 30's would look right for the new price. It could head a bit further south by today's close. BUT.......................
