(I'm not sure whether to believe this--I still think "by the end of the year" is more realistic.) They had two prototypes there at the Clik display. Comparing them closely, there were a number of differences on the circuit board. I think that until recently (when they shipped over 100 prototypes), it was still very much a work in progress. Also, when they mentioned NEC as a Clik licensee, didn't they say "like MCI", as if MCI was already a licensee? Or did I just hear something wrong? Oh, and most importantly: They WILL hit the $99 price target for Zip by the end of the year. - Michael Coley - wwol.com
