What about Netscape and Java?

what did Netscape innvoate? The browser? BZZZT. They just copied NCSA-Mosaic. Netscape ran themselves into the ground by focusing on beating Micrsoft, instead of producing superior products.

Now that Netscape is giving the source to Communicator away, shouldn't they be under investigation also? Isn't that product dumping? won't that kill all the other browser manufacturers and destroy innovation?

And Java. What was innovative or creative about that? Nothing. The only innovative thing was SUN's massive marketing campaign to make people believe in it.

And how has Microsoft destroyed Java? You can easily write 100% Pure Java applications using Microsoft's tools and run them on the Microsoft VM.

Any other examples of "destroyed innovation and creativity"?
