Hi KAA, Excellent post. According to Jack, they are planning to acquire businesses with "some cash, some stock". We know they have the stock (lots of it), as for the cash... If they really do have offers from investors ready to finance the deals (and I hope they do), then it's a different story, and they may in fact pull it off without further diluting the float. JMO.
