Usually when large blocks are traded someone is trying to position themselves in the market. It can mean several things, but because you are dealing with large sums of cash the inference is that the people involved are sophisticated investors (BCSC, OSC definitions). Generally people buy because they expect the price to appreciate. One seller, many buyers is usually bad (a sophisticated seller), and one buyer many sellers is usually good (sophisticated buyer). I think is you look at the trades, you'll see that there was generally several sellers and one big buyer. Consensus would seem to suggest that this is a positive sign.
