I'm positive that a company can hault trading by... asking the board where they trade to hault the issue. It's usually done prior to an important announcement. I'm almost sure that SEXI has asked for the stock to be haulted until the new financials and press releases are cleared. A stock trades on the financials and press releases and as Walther has stated, he doesn't feel confident. I also believe that the Pink Sheets are there own market and that is why trading is occuring there. In my opinion, if SEXI wanted the stock to trade BB right now, it would. Aloha
