Dennis,
What I meant to say, was ALYD will not change accountants again, it wouldn't look good. ALYD realizes it needs to get the numbers out quicker, and it is working on putting software in place company wide to handle this. I would argue that it is an ALYD internal systems problem, and not an accountant problem at this time. It is being addressed at this time and I believe you will see significant improvement in the near future.

I don't want to start another pissing match, but all of you on SI must understand growth and improvement in all company processes take time. I think ALYD has come a long way in a short time, and is poised to make one hell of a run if everyone wakes up and realizes we have a big problem that must be fixed. If anyone with major amounts of code would give it to ALYD, they could fix it.

As far as the NASCAR and baseball, I just don't think you can second guess after the race has begun and the ball has been pitched. If you are so great at making decisions, start up your own company and compete against Bob Gruder. I'd love to see that.

By the way, ALYD's accounting firm is SEC approved. TRUTH
