Patrick, PRNEWSWIRE is dated April 17th. This is a misprint (already checked with Elli, he's calling PRNEWSWIRE to fix. News isn't showing up on Yahoo because he is only releasing it to Northeast news wires initially to guage the response. It will go out nationwide probably later today or tomorrow. Jeff Brommer is putting together a Market Savvy newsletter which will go out on Rapid Release in next few days. A separate Direct Response piece will be going out to a couple thousand more people. Company lost about 1.5 million in 1997 (under old management). 1st quarter (under new management in January) will show a loss of only $35,000 (which probably still including some cleanups and markdowns to assets from old management), with the month of March showing a profit. Profits should continue going forward. Company is considering a private placement to generate cash for acquisitions which are currently being negotiated (will put more shares in float, but this is actually a good thing because right now the float is so small it is really a negative). We need more shares to make the stock a little more liquid (company still plans on keeping the float pretty tight). Gator
