[ Vee dot ninety ] Modem is whacked out --needs a warm flash--looking for connection! Does anyone know how to tell if your modem has been flashed? All I get is a "logging in" message which keeps flashing when I try to upgrade. The 3Com 56K upgrade advisor page constantly tells me there is an upgrade available.

Oh...and does 3Com have any live people to talk to about this...if so they hide well.
