I think it's not so much a matter of selling faster than they can fill. I just went back to see what my bro said in his e-mail: "Those mothers signed us up for cable service in November and didn't even mention the fact that the cable wasn't going to be installed until May." Sounds more to me like they were selling from an empty warehouse, if you will. What's also nagging me is that I hear Somerville is presented by the company as a model of their effectiveness. I guess I'm wondering if that's how they're going into every new market.
