hello scott and all:

michael - 1621 - looks like cameco can get into the driver's seat in the falc play now by buying uranerz (and ponying up there one third).... i wonder what will happen with the operator status. i hope krt gets it. uranerz has done a great job drilling falc but rotten in a few other areas.....
-
kidman - 1622 - no, cameco will now have 10% (the carrying interest) unless they pay for their share of the 1998 drilling program. then they will have 40%.... this does raise some interesting points as the transfer of jv interests in this p'ship has always been a volatile issue.... yes, we will need a new operator unless the uranerz people stick around...
-
peter - 1625 - that's our job peter.... better fleck than us....
-
terence - 1629 - congrats....
-
lilian - compare krt vs sgf, 'eh? i hope both companies can work together (krt did not pursue a jv with sgf even after i begged them to.... - there is no way to say whether or not sgf would have been interested either...). it can only help both of them. clearly the news is good for sgf while the news for krt is also encouraging..... sgf would have benefitted the most had krt's samples not been only "20% complete"....
-
scott - 1638 - i can't believe zoli's bullish either!!! one thing though zoli, can you get that crystal ball to say $1.30 instead of 75 cents??? soon.... can't wait for the pp closing and the agm set....
