Talked to Steve Hardy today (Tonya out with the flu) said he is finallizing the resolution to be put to the board for approval, expects that to take place this or next week. What we will get are shares in Angel distributed as a dividend. As far as value he was honest enought to say the original price of the shares will probably be below TRIT, he doesnt know if Angel will have a secondary offerring at this time. Keep buying Trit and all your dreams will come true! Best to all Brad
