Tommaso, Galbraith was not a very good historian, tWWII was a direct result, historically, of the hyperinflation in Germany in 1930 pr so. The masses accepted any false prophet that promised to get the country rolling again and the trains on time. The hyperinflation was their way to try and get out of the depression.
