Good points. But don't forget, these are exclusive distribution agreements with the wireless carriers they are signing up. The contracts are structured so that USWDA products, and no one else's, will be placed. Bell Atlantic, alone, has over 100,000 square miles of coverage area along the Eastern seaboard and NY-New England. They have said before that competition would actually help, not hurt them, by making the technology more well known to all the mom and pop operations of the world. Also, a fairly small market share of 3% would produce astronomical profits for this co.
One other note, John Liviakis tells me that they are expecting two "major, major news announcements" over the next 4-8 business days. The way things have been going, I'm going to think of that as 4-8 business WEEKS, but nonetheless, my curiosity has certainly been aroused.
