Norian is doing an extension of their past Series D preferred stock sale for 2,000,000 shares at $10 per share, assuming they get shareholder approval (which they will). Stephens, Co. should end up with a board seat in the process. Which they'd just do the damn IPO and quit doing these fundings at give away valuations. I'm sure it's a still waiting for the FDA mentality. At least they won't run out of cash, but dilution is no solution....... Rman Give me liquidity, or you give me a pain in the asp.
