Art - Explain this to me...why register now? why not next year? Especially if you do not think they will sell for quite a while? And in that case why 2.5Million shares? Why not just register the whole shabang now...just in case they change their minds and want to sell more and then they will be covered...afterall, it doesn't really cost them anything...sort of a non-event according to you?
