Why would anyone buy this now after the news that 1 of 2 things WILL happen. Either they go out of biz at the end of the month OR they will sell a majority of the company for .60/ a share, AND cause severe dilution in the process. Why would anyone pay more than .60/share right now. This HAS to fall below .60 at some point. I was happy to get out at 1 (bought in Mon @ .75). Any thoughts as to my query above? Dave
