Jules and all:

I work on-site at Boeing, which has been a large customer of IBM Global Services (formerly ISSC). Word has it that a major IT restructuring is underway, in which Boeing would take over management of the IT services that IBM used to perform (IBM would continue to be a subcontractor with a much smaller contract). Apparently IBM's fees grew too large - I'm hearing that Boeing expects to save $1B by 2000 with the changes. Evidence of this is already appearing in that new capital equipment that used to be owned by IBM and leased to Boeing now have stickers saying they are Boeing property.
