Now that we have bids lining up I might assume that we can start trading soon even though we have had two Halt Trading notices and two resume trading notices and one NR. If you were going by the halt and resume Nrs you would be half crazy by now - the last NR said that it would resume on preopen - of course it hit SW at noon EST Anyway - looks like we are getting set and lining up at $.25
