I am quite cynical about the meeting after seeing the numbers - probably just alot of hype about the name change. Only a 3 million increase in revenues after paying $120 million for VSGN - give me a break. I also don't understand why you all are saying that the quarter only included 1 month of VSGN revenues? Do you think VSGN didn't bother to try and sell anything on their own the first two months of the year? Wouldn't those revenues have been included in this quarterly report?

Personally I would have expected BORL's revenue numbers to have gone up from 43 to 46 without the aquisition. With the aquisition this is horrendous. Either BORL core revenues dropped this quarter or they paid a heck of alot of money for nothing when they bought VSGN.

How's this for a new name?

"Internet Enterprise Software and Year 2000 Solution Inc."

It may be the only hope you have of BORL ever seeing 20 bucks a share.

JV.
