Juniper--No comments were made about the Micrascan IV, unless the Micrascan IV is a code name for the 300 mm or 193 nm projects. Papken said prototypes for both of those projects should be ready by early 1999. (I interpreted this as calendar year 1999, not fiscal year 1999. The Sept. fiscal year end creates problems like this from time to time.)
