I will say down so it will go up.

The only bad news I could envision is softness in Asia (US and Europe 88% of revenue, Asia 12%) where they have already redeployed people to hotter areas, or perhaps problems with staffing in this hot job market; higher than expected SGA costs, etc.

Hold on a second and I will call in the expert.

BTW some sellsiders are trying to make an argument that the stock could/should sell at the 45% premium to the market the broad computer services group sells at. This gives you 45%-50% upside over the next year. I am cheap and satisfied with a slight premium to the growth rate.
