Hi,

I have been following this stock for about a year and recently watched it begin to take a dive. When the stock did not go up on the Alcatel deal, I like everyone else wondered why. Later, some speculated that the ATM deal did not include Fastcomm and so a few abandoned the stock but no big attrition. When the institutions began dumping they also put out a press release indicating that the Alcatel deal was not in jeapordy and still the stock has not gone up. I am not sure what deal they are refering to at this point, but in any case this is old news and is not likely to affect the stock. I think people are bailing because of the fundamentals.
