Larry, I think MU knew about that Fleckenstein report and just decided to act on it.<vbg> Fleck made a lot of good points, but just like Tom "the best there is" Kurlak, it just doesn't apply to this market. Also a lot of what he said is old news. He has even been short INTC for quite some time...and...as you can see by todays performance, he is getting his head handed to him. He is a "forever bear" with just enough information to be dangerous and to get him, and others, into trouble.:-) I think MU stalls at 32-33 and back down to 28. Definitely, days like today cause the bears to run for cover, but actually a good time to get the shorts and PUTs into place.<g> DavidG
