Hi Scott, May 1st is the AGM. Magin will announce a 3:1 stock consolidation, and soon after come out with there 1st quarter numbers. From what I know the have met there numbers. This should be good for a $ 3.00 stock. Note however that being at 9000 BOE at the end of 1st quarter Magin will no longer be considerd a Junior company but rather an intermediate. from the homework I have done This is an excellent mid term stock. These guys have taken a 50 BOE company to 9000 BOE in just 2 years dont be surprised if they double up production in another couple of years. The market is just learning about these guys. Its just a matter of time before we see much higher prices on the stock. They also have an interesting web site check it out if you have not.
